Our website  www.desiree.gr  is an e-shop and at the same time the online presence of the company “G. Gitsos and Co. O.E.” with the distinctive title “Desiree” online. Our company is based in Thessaloniki at 13 Andreou Georgiou Street.

 The Desiree company invests its 30 years of experience in the most effective customer service. It wants to promote efficient service through its online store, inaugurating a new form of relationship with its customers.

Our online store contains all the company’s products that are available for sale in the e-shop warehouse. It enables remote purchasing to all internet users. At the same time, it offers information on news and activities concerning our company. The user of this online store accepts these terms, agrees with them and undertakes to comply with them.

Product prices are accurate and always include VAT (24%). The company has the right to change the prices at any time without notice, when only these prices do not apply to orders that items have been successfully registered.

C. ORDERING PRODUCTS AND CONSUMER PROTECTION

The order through the online store  www.desiree.gr  is a distance sale. All persons can proceed with the order as long as they have reached ^the  age of 18 and there is no pending court case against them related to the conclusion of a sales contract.

2 Cash on delivery (only for residents of Greece). Payment will be made to the courier upon receipt of your package and there is no extra charge for this service.

D. SHIPPING METHOD – TIME – COST

Product deliveries are made within Greece free of charge for purchases over €30 through the company General Post. For purchases under €30, the charge is €5 in shipping costs and is charged automatically during the order process.

For deliveries to countries outside of Greece, our company uses shipping by mail and the charges are as follows:

European International Delivery: 12 euros

Shipping time: 5-7 days

International Delivery: 18 euros

E. CONSUMER RIGHTS

1. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You have the right to cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it.

After the aforementioned time, cancellation cannot be accepted.

2. SUBMISSION

4. RIGHT OF REPLACEMENT

F. FORCE MAJEURE

 The Desiree company bears no responsibility for any delays in the delivery of the products due to factors not determined by its own fault (bad weather, strikes, etc.). In any case, our company will try to the extent that it is allowed to control all factors for the best and fastest service for you.
